My Services

I am more than a writer thanks to my unique combination of skills and passions. I create bridges across different cultures, ensuring your message is culturally accurate, audience-focused, and impactful.

I help brands and clients communicate with clarity and impact, from blogs and websites to apps and newsletters. Whether it’s writing fresh content or localising existing material for a new market, my goal is to make words sound natural, engaging, and human (yes, even after AI).

I’ve worked across various industries, including tech, lifestyle, pharma/healthcare, education, entertainment, retail, non-profit and sustainability, always adapting tone of voice to resonate with the right audience. My passion lies in storytelling that engages readers while also driving results.

About Me

I studied to be a diplomat but I changed my mind after completing my MA. I am Italian and I moved to London in 2014 and worked in customer service for almost 7 years. Since 2020, I've supported clients to craft tone of voice, online content, write engaging articles and adapt their brand to the Italian market.

Here are Some Fun Facts About Me:

  1. As a child, I invented a secret language only my family understood. We still use some of those “words” today to have fun.
  2. I was born in Naples, a city with its own vibrant dialect. It took me nearly 9 years to master it, and my family joked that I was from another planet.
  3. I love swimming but have never mastered diving. My attempts? Let’s just say they’re more belly-flop than graceful.
  4. After 11 years in the UK, I still mix up “ship” and “sheep.” Trying to use them is a linguistic adventure for everyone involved!
  5. I’m Italian and live in the UK. I love everything about Spanish culture, and I practice Buddhism. I am still not sure where this mix comes from.
  6. I name things that bring me joy, like my bicycle, Guilietta.
  7. I adore food, wine, tea, and desserts, but at 26, the universe played a joke on me: I became lactose intolerant. Goodbye, cheese; you’ll always be missed.
